While the bottle has changed, the St-Feuillien Triple recipe remains unchanged.
Naturally top-fermented and refermented in the bottle, it is brewed in keeping with tradition.
In the glass, the St-Feuillien Triple pours pale amber with a fine, compact white head. The nose is rich and expressive, combining aromatic hops, spices and fruity notes characteristic of the fermentation.
Refermentation in the bottle contributes to its aromatic complexity and remarkable length on the palate. Powerful and generous, the St-Feuillien Triple can be enjoyed as an aperitif or savoured as a tasting beer.
At 8.5% ABV, the St-Feuillien Triple is best served at 7°C in a St-Feuillien glass.
