This extra-blonde, top-fermented beer, bottle-refermented and carefully matured, reveals an impressively complex aromatic profile. Its bouquet combines noble hop finesse with delicate fruity notes, without any added spices. The white, fine and airy foam forms beautiful lace in the glass. Its very pale blond colour is strikingly clear and brilliantly bright. The nose opens with a cascade of hop aromas, both subtle and rich. On the palate, the first sip is light and contrasting, followed by a long, nuanced and elegant bitterness. The hop character — dominated by Styrian Golding — lingers beautifully in the finish.
