As a reflection of its land of origin, this unique distillate is the product of triple distillation – a feature of Irish distilling. It is made from malt barley extract (wort) used for the production of St-Feuillien Triple, a high fermented beer. 42 months spent ageing in American oak (Bourbon) barrels filled for the first time gives this nectar purity, warmth, fruitiness and great mouth satisfaction. Colour: natural colour, purely from the barrel.no additives. Slight cloudiness due to local water rich in trace elements. Nose: very rich, beautifully balanced fruit and floral notes. Aromas of alcohol and Williams pear dominate. Followed by secondary notes of sloe. Palate: powerful and full-bodied, with a distinct note of alcohol. Complex flavours of apple, quince and pear. Woody notes. Finish: woody hints of vanilla and spices. Numbered bottle - delivered in a box. Alcohol level : 46°
