The Elixir St-Feuillien

Preparation

Method : Shaker
Glass: Old fashioned
Decoration : Rosemary, dried lime

Steps:

    1. Pour all the ingredients, along with the St-Feuillien Triple Distilled Malt, into the shaker.
    2. Shake vigorously for 10 to 12 seconds.
    3. Pour the liquid into the glass.
    4. Add the decoration to the rim of the glass.
    5. Add 2 sprays of peated (smoky) whisky.

 

Ingredients

  1. 20ml lemon juice
  2. 15ml honey & ginger syrup (mix 25g of fresh ginger with 100ml of honey and strain)
  3. Sprays of peated (smoky) whisky
  4. 50ml St-Feuillien Triple Distilled Malt 42 mois
