The Elixir St-Feuillien
Preparation
Method : Shaker
Glass: Old fashioned
Decoration : Rosemary, dried lime
Steps:

- Pour all the ingredients, along with the St-Feuillien Triple Distilled Malt, into the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Pour the liquid into the glass.
- Add the decoration to the rim of the glass.
- Add 2 sprays of peated (smoky) whisky.

- 20ml lemon juice
- 15ml honey & ginger syrup (mix 25g of fresh ginger with 100ml of honey and strain)
- Sprays of peated (smoky) whisky
- 50ml St-Feuillien Triple Distilled Malt 42 mois
