Garnish: thyme, dried lemon
Steps
- Put ice cubes into the St-Feuillien glass.
- Add the gin, syrup, and St-Feuillien Belgian Coast IPA.
- Stir vigorously.
- Garnish the glass.
* infuse a few sprigs of thyme and some lemon zest in 200 ml of simple syrup for 24 hours.
