St-Feuillien FRUIT sorbet

Preparation

Juice the raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and half a banana.
Boil water and sugar.
Add the boiling sugar syrup to the fruit mixture and leave to cool.
Add the St-Feuillien FRUIT and stir.

Store in the freezer in an airtight container.

  1. 100 g raspberry pulp
  2. 50 g blueberries
  3. 30 g blackberries
  4. 1/2 mashed banana
  5. 20cl water
  6. 200 g sugar
  7. 25cl de St-Feuillien FRUIT
