The St-Feuillien Gourmande

Preparation

Method: Shaker

Glass: St-Feuillien tasting glass (galopin)

Garnish: chocolate cookie

Steps:

  • Pour the whisky, liqueur, and syrup into the shaker filled with ice cubes.
  • Shake vigorously for 10 to 12 seconds.
  • Pour the liquid into the St-Feuillien Galopin glass.
  • Top up with St-Feuillien Quadruple.
  • Add the decoration.

  1. 30 ml Whisky
  2. 15 ml dark chocolate liqueur
  3. 10 ml caramel syrup
  4. 60 ml of St-Feuillien Quadruple
